Metaverse and Trade-offs

Managers are paid to make decisions - some are strategic and some are tactical. All decisions come with risks! This is why managers are paid not to sit on the fence and must take responsibility for their choices. It is not good enough to say "I did not know". Not in today's high-velocity world.
New technologies like the metaverse need trade-offs. Here are four trade-offs managers need to look at (by the way this is true of AI and large platform companies):
