Soft Power - Where does its strength lie?

🏆 I had the opportunity to write for the German Orient-Institute, focusing on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region

👉 While I have had the privilege of living in many countries - #India #USA, #Germany #Taipei - I have lived the longest in the #UAE

⭐ Building global trust and legitimacy is a long-term process requiring patience, agile diplomacy, and a unified societal effort

⭐ Examples highlighted were Sovereign Wealth Funds, infrastructure projects, such as airports and Emirates Airlines, the Suez Canal, as tools for regional and international stability, Dubai Expo, Dubai Humanitarian City

👉 While soft power is rooted in shared values and persuasion, it remains a formidable asset that can be leveraged as hard power during critical geopolitical shifts.
